My Philosophy

Are you tired of the bandaid approach for treating your symptoms? Imagine having a health and wellness advocate who is looking at the whole picture and getting to the root causes of your symptoms. Healing can happen when the body is brought back into balance by addressing the foundations, removing toxins, and rebuilding the body.

The order of operations matters. Have you tried addressing parasites on your own and then felt worse? This will happen when the drainage pathways aren’t addressed first. I follow an order of operations for root cause healing. This is very important and unfortunately lacking even within the holistic community. Working on the foundations, drainage, and the mitochondria is the starting point of working together. I provide a hands-on approach with personalized protocols created with nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations to get your body functioning optimally.

ORDER OF OPERATIONS

1. Foundations + Mitochondria + Drainage
2. Address Stressors on the Body: parasites, pathogens, heavy metals, mold, lyme and co-infections, viruses, environmental toxins
3. Rebuild and Maintenance

FAQ

What is nutritional therapy?

Nutritional therapy centers on the idea that real health can be achieved through a holistic and bio-individual approach to nutrition and lifestyle.

Who can benefit from nutritional therapy?

Everyone can benefit from nutritional therapy. Many of modern society’s health problems result from weaknesses in the body’s physiological foundations brought on by poor nutrition.

Does an NTP replace my doctor?

No, an NTP does not replace your primary care provider or any other medical provider on your care team. An NTP does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

What are the foundations of nutritional therapy?

My work is centered on the foundations of nutritional therapy: nutrient-dense food, digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acids, minerals, and hydration.
